Thesis of the year over all Nepal 2023.

I was awarded Thesis of the Year (Overall Nepal) 2023 by the Society of Nepalese Architects (SONA).

My winning project, titled “DORA” – A Celebration Space (Reconnecting Disseminated Communities of Tipling Village), was especially meaningful to me as it was designed for my own people from Tipling village.

The project focuses on creating a dedicated celebration space where the diverse festivals of the Tamang community can be practiced and shared.

Through this design, the project aims to preserve, celebrate, and promote Tamang culture while strengthening community identity and connection.
